The polyurethane rigid foam insulation decorative integrated board has excellent insulation effect, which is specifically reflected in the following aspects:


Low thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of polyurethane rigid foam is 0.022-0.028 W/(m·K), and some products can even be as low as 0.018 W/(m·K), which is one of the lowest among currently common insulation materials. This characteristic makes polyurethane rigid foam significantly superior to other materials in thermal insulation performance, such as EPS (polystyrene foam board) and XPS (extruded polystyrene foam board).

High closed cell rate: The closed cell rate of polyurethane rigid foam is as high as more than 90%, and even some products can reach more than 95%. This high closed cell ratio structure effectively prevents heat convection, thereby improving thermal insulation performance.

High thermal insulation and energy-saving efficiency: In actual engineering applications, polyurethane rigid foam thermal insulation and decorative integrated panels have shown significant energy-saving effects. For example, a construction thickness of 40mm can meet the national energy saving requirement of 65%; under the same building conditions, compared with traditional roofing methods, the indoor temperature of a polyurethane rigid foam waterproof and thermal insulation composite roof can be increased by 5-6°C in winter and reduced by 4-5°C in summer.

Stable anti-aging performance: After long-term use, the thermal conductivity of polyurethane rigid foam increases by less than 10% (25 years of data), showing excellent anti-aging performance. This feature ensures the stability and durability of the thermal insulation performance of the polyurethane rigid foam insulation decorative integrated board during long-term use.

Excellent comprehensive performance: The polyurethane rigid foam thermal insulation decorative integrated board not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also has multiple functions such as waterproof, flame retardant, and weather resistance. Its waterproof performance almost does not absorb water (water absorption rate is <1%), which effectively prevents the problem of increasing thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption; at the same time, its fire resistance can reach B1 level standards, and can even meet A level fire protection requirements through technical improvements, providing a strong guarantee for building safety.
