The core usage method of PUB·SQ type polyurethane rigid foam insulation decorative integrated board is 'pre-control base layer → bonding and anchoring → sealing and caulking finishing'. No additional decorative surface layer is required in the whole process, and the two processes of insulation + decoration are completed in one step, greatly shortening the exterior wall construction cycle.

Base treatment: The wall surface is inspected with a 2-meter ruler, and the flatness deviation is controlled within 5mm. Floating dust, oil stains, and hollow layers are completely removed. The moisture content of the base layer is ≤15% to ensure that the base surface is solid and dry.

Materials and tools: Prepare special polyurethane adhesive, weather-resistant silicone sealant, one-component polyurethane caulking agent, self-tapping screws with waterproof washers, electric cutting saws, levels and other tools. Check the specifications and tongue-and-groove integrity of the incoming boards, and remove parts damaged during transportation.

Environmental requirements: The construction environment temperature is ≥5°C. Open-air work is strictly prohibited in rainy and windy weather. In low-temperature environments, the adhesive must be preheated and adapted in advance.

Line positioning: According to the design drawings, the exterior wall dividing lines, door and window opening control lines, and floor horizontal lines pop up. Vertical reference lines are hung at the large corners of the exterior wall to mark the installation position of each board.

Adhesive pre-fixing: Apply special adhesive on the back of the board using the dot-frame method. The thickness of the adhesive layer is controlled at 3~6mm, and the effective bonding area is not less than 60% of the design requirements. Start from the corner reference position and stick it piece by piece. Gently knead and press to ensure that the board surface is flat and the tongue and mouth are tightly engaged.

Mechanical reinforcement: Install special anchors 24 hours after pasting. The screw spacing is controlled at 300~500mm. The effective depth of the anchor bolts into the wall is ≥25mm to ensure that the board does not loosen or shift. The number of anchor points in high-rise buildings or coastal areas with strong winds needs to be increased.

Seam sealing: Inject polyurethane foaming agent into the board seams to fill them fully. After curing, smooth out the excess parts, press in a backing rod with a diameter 1.3 times the width of the seam, and apply weather-resistant silicone sealant. The glue layer will be continuous and full without bubbles, completely blocking the cold and heat bridges and water seepage channels.

Special parts edge closing: Door and window openings, yin and yang angles, deformation joints, and foot binding locations are edged with customized edge strips and flashing boards. All gaps are sealed with sealant to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the insulation layer.

It is strictly forbidden to directly rinse the newly constructed board with water. Sudden contamination requires local dissolution and cleaning with special solvents, and then wipe clean with clean water afterwards.

Within 72 hours after construction, avoid strong impact and extrusion of the board. It is strictly forbidden for open flames to directly contact the board surface to prevent the insulation layer from catching fire and deforming.

Subsequent processes need to wait until the adhesive and sealant are completely solidified before entering the site to avoid cross-operations from damaging the completed insulation decorative surface.

Regularly check whether the board sealant is cracked and whether the anchors are loose every year. If any hidden dangers are found, repair them promptly to greatly extend the overall service life of the system.
