Storage environment:

The storage temperature should not be too high. If the indoor temperature exceeds 35°C, cooling measures or protective measures such as adding flame retardants to the storage tank should be taken to prevent material performance from being affected.

The storage period should not be too long, otherwise it should be inspected and accepted before use. For cured materials, do not add water and stir before use.

Construction conditions:

Before construction, ensure that the construction environment is dry and clean to prevent water, oil and other debris from contaminating the insulation board.

Direct sunlight should be avoided during construction to avoid affecting the foaming effect of the insulation board.

The construction temperature and base temperature should be suitable. Generally, the suitable ambient temperature and base temperature range is 15℃~35℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. When the surface temperature of the base layer is lower than 10°C, the catalytic polymerization speed is slow and the foaming time is too long, which may affect the thermal insulation effect of the insulation layer, so it is generally not suitable for construction.

Construction operations:

During the construction process, design requirements should be strictly followed to avoid problems such as uneven thickness and voids.

When using adhesive or nails to fasten insulation boards, make sure they are securely fastened to avoid falling off or loosening.

Open flames should be strictly prohibited during construction to avoid burning accidents. At the same time, construction workers should wear safety protective equipment, such as gloves, masks, etc., to avoid contact with eyes or skin. If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.

Use and maintenance:

During use, sharp objects or high-temperature objects should be avoided from contacting the insulation board to avoid damaging its surface.

The insulation performance of the insulation board should be checked regularly. If it is damaged or aged, it should be replaced in time to ensure its insulation performance and safety.

For products with different uses, appropriate specifications, sizes and color combinations should be selected according to actual needs.
