The polyurethane rigid foam thermal insulation decorative integrated board is resistant to high temperatures, and its high temperature resistance is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Wide temperature range for long-term use: The polyurethane rigid foam insulation decorative integrated board can be used for a long time in a wide temperature range, usually -30°C to +90°C, and can even maintain stable performance in the temperature range of -50°C to +150°C, without brittleness, flow, or adhesion.
Excellent short-term high temperature resistance: the short-term use temperature of this board can reach +250°C without any damage, the softening point can reach over 250°C, and will only decompose at higher temperatures.
Good flame retardant properties: After adding flame retardant, polyurethane becomes a flame-retardant self-extinguishing material. When burning, a carbon deposit layer will be formed on the foam surface, which effectively isolates the spread of flames and does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.
Strong thermosetting properties: Unlike EPS, XPS and other materials that soften at around 70 degrees Celsius, polyurethane rigid foam can still be used at 120 degrees Celsius and will not soften or drip when it exceeds this temperature.
