Polyurethane hard bubble insulation and decorative integrated board ('integrated integrated board') is a new type of building exterior wall material integrating thermal insulation, decoration, waterproofing, fireproofing and other functions. It is widely used in exterior wall insulation and decoration projects of residential, commercial buildings and industrial factories. Its usage method covers construction preparation, installation process, detailed processing and post-maintenance. The following are detailed instructions:
1. Preparation before construction
Material inspection
Plate acceptance: Check the specifications (thickness, size), color, surface flatness and edge integrity of the integrated board to ensure that there are no cracks, deformation or degumming.
Accessories check: Make sure that anchors, bonded mortar, sealant, textured paper and other auxiliary materials meet the design requirements, and check the shelf life.
Grassroots processing:
Clean the base wall (concrete, masonry, etc.) and remove oil stains, floating ash, loose particles and hollow parts.
When repairing cracks or uneven areas, level them with cement mortar, and the base layer flatness deviation is ≤3mm/2m.
Measure the wall moisture content (≤10%) and pH value (8~10) to ensure that the construction conditions are met.
Tool preparation
Electric cutting machine, impact drill, trowel, ruler, ink bucket, level, rubber hammer, mixer, etc.
Safety protection products: safety helmets, safety belts, goggles, dust masks, gloves, etc.
Environmental conditions
The construction temperature is ≥5℃ and the humidity is ≤85%, so as to avoid rainy days, strong winds or strong sunshine.
Antifreeze measures are required for winter construction (such as adding antifreeze) and sunshade is required in summer to prevent sun exposure.
2. Installation process
1. Spread the line and divide the grid
According to the design drawings, use an ink bucket to pop up horizontal control lines and vertical grid lines on the base wall to determine the layout position of the board.
The doors and window openings, yin and yang corners and other parts need to be strengthened to ensure that the board is symmetrical and beautiful.
2. Apply the board (adhesive anchor bonding method)
Preparation of bonded mortar: Stir the bonded mortar in the ratio of the instructions, let it stand for 5 minutes and stir again to ensure uniformity and no agglomeration.
Paste the dot frame method:
Apply bonded mortar on the back of the board, leaving 50mm on the edge without coating, and forming a 'dot frame' shape in the middle (diameter ≥100mm, thickness ≥10mm).
Press the plate to the base layer, tap the rubber hammer to adjust the flatness, and use a ruler to check the verticality (deflation ≤2mm/2m).
Mechanical fixation:
Insert anchors (such as plastic expansion bolts or metal anchors) at the four corners and middle positions of the plate, the anchoring depth is ≥30mm and the spacing is ≤500mm.
The anchor must be flush with the surface of the board to avoid prominently affecting the decorative effect.
3. Plate seam treatment
Sealing: Use foam glue to fill the seams, the filling depth is 1/3~1/2 of the width of the seam, and the surface is scraped flat.
Sealing: After the foam glue is cured, stick textured paper on both sides of the plate seams and seal the seams with neutral silicone sealant to form a concave arc shape to ensure a tight seal.
Cleaning: tear off the textured paper, wipe the excess glue marks with a damp cloth, and keep the board clean.
4. Special parts treatment
Yin-yang angle: Use special Yin-yang angle components or 45° cutting and splicing to ensure straight corners and no cracks.
Door and window openings: 5~10mm gap is reserved between the board and the door and window frames, and fill it with sealant to prevent water seepage.
Leave the feet and daughter's wall: Waterproof treatment at the bottom (such as applying waterproof paint), and a drip line or eagle beak at the top to avoid rainwater backflow.
3. Construction precautions
Plate protection
When transporting and stacking, you must lay it flat and place wood on the bottom to avoid bending and deformation.
During construction, cover the plate with plastic film to prevent mortar pollution or mechanical damage.
Fire safety
Polyurethane hard bubbles are Class B1 flame-retardant materials, but they still need to stay away from the fire source during construction, and open flame operations are strictly prohibited.
Fire extinguishers are installed on site, and fire operation requires approval procedures.
Moisture-proof and rainproof
During the rainy season, rain canopy needs to be set up to prevent the deterioration of the adhesive force caused by moisture in the board.
Before the installed board is sealed, it must be covered with a tarp cloth to protect it.
Quality inspection
After each process is completed, a self-inspection is carried out, focusing on checking flatness, verticality, and sealing of the plate seams.
Concealed projects (such as anchor installation) require retaining image data for easy acceptance.
4. Post-maintenance and maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance
Regularly wipe the board surface with a soft cloth or neutral detergent, and avoid using steel wool balls or strong acid and alkaline detergents.
When removing dust or stains on the board, gently operate to prevent scratches on the surface.
Sealing glue inspection
Check the sealant of the plate every 2 years. If cracks, falls off or ages, it needs to be repaired or repainted in time.
Avoid sharp objects scratching the sealant to prevent damage to waterproof performance.
Anti-collision treatment
Install anti-collision strips or corner guards in areas with frequent personnel activities (such as entrances and corners) to reduce mechanical damage.
Repair and replacement
If the plate is partially damaged (such as cracking or degumming), the entire plate needs to be cut and replaced to ensure the consistent decoration effect.
Pay attention to the color difference control with the original sheet during maintenance, and contact the manufacturer to customize the same batch of products if necessary.
