The use method (installation method) of Q-type rock wool insulation and decorative integrated board is as follows:

Grassroots processing:

Make sure the base wall is dry, clean, and free of floating dust, oil stains and other attachments that may hinder bonding.

The base plastering layer should meet the intermediate plastering standard, without blistering or sanding. The surface flatness should be measured with a 2-meter ruler, and the exposed joint gap should not be greater than 5mm.

The yin and yang angles should be vertical and square, the straightness should be measured with a 2-meter ruler, and the gap between exposed seams should not be greater than 5mm.

Spring line division:

According to the design drawings and actual site conditions, the vertical and horizontal control lines are popped up as the construction baseline.

Determine the grid positioning lines to ensure that the board layout is economical, beautiful and safe.

Sheet cutting:

Cut the panels according to the building facade integrated panel layout design drawing to reduce waste.

When cutting the integrated board, the required length should be cut strictly according to the length direction of the integrated board, and the required width should be cut according to the width direction of the integrated board.

Preparation of special adhesive:

Pour clean water into a clean bucket and add special adhesive while stirring with an electric mixer. The amount of water added is about 20% of the adhesive.

Stir thoroughly for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is evenly mixed and the consistency is moderate. Let it stand for 5 minutes to mature. Stir again when using.

Do not prepare too much at a time and use it within 2 hours.

Paste the integrated board:

Apply adhesive on the wall and stick the integrated board on the wall to ensure it is firmly and flatly adhered.

When pasting, you can use the dot sticking method or the strip sticking method. The ratio of the adhesive area of ​​each board to the board area is not less than 50%.

The integrated boards should be pasted from bottom to top in the horizontal direction starting from the foot binding area. If necessary, a full-length supporting board can be added to the bottom edge of the bottom row of boards.

Install the anchor:

After each integrated panel is pasted, the anchors should be installed immediately.

The anchors should be installed from the middle with a gap of 300-500mm. The effective anchoring depth of the screws is not less than 50mm (concrete base) or 25mm (masonry base) into the solid wall.

The number and location of anchors should meet the design requirements to ensure that the connection between the integrated board and the wall is firm and reliable.

Caulking and sealing:

According to the size of the gap between the boards, select appropriate caulking strips to fill the gaps between the boards. The depth between the caulking strips and the board surface should be 3-5mm.

Clean the board seams, apply masking tape, and drive in silicone sealant.

When squeezing the weather-resistant silicone sealant, the nozzle of the gun should extend into the gap for more than 4 mm, and the glue should be 3-5mm higher than the board surface. The squeezing should be carried out slowly and continuously, and no holes or bubbles should appear.

After squeezing the silicone sealant, you should immediately trim and smooth the glue seam in one direction. Do not move it back and forth to avoid air bubbles being trapped in it. Then peel off the masking paper.

Install the exhaust plug:

Install an exhaust plug so that the system has a certain degree of air entrainment to prevent temperature changes and moisture condensation on the building's exterior walls from causing damage to the building structure or moisture and mildew on the exterior walls.

Clean the panel:

Remove the masking paper and protective film, clean the dirt on the integrated board surface, and keep the board surface clean and beautiful.
