Polyurethane Rigid Foam Insulation Composite Panel is a high-performance insulation material that uses polyurethane hard foam as the core material and has composite metal or non-metal panels on both sides (such as color steel plates, aluminum foil, cement fiberboard, etc.). With its excellent thermal insulation performance, lightweight and high strength, fire and moisture resistance, and convenient construction, it is widely used in construction, cold chain, industrial equipment, transportation and other fields. 1. Construction field

1. Building exterior wall insulation system

Application scenarios: Exterior wall insulation layer of residential, commercial buildings, and public buildings.

Advantages:

High-efficiency insulation: Polyurethane hard bubbles have low thermal conductivity (≤0.024W/(m·K)), which can significantly reduce building energy consumption and meet energy-saving standards (such as China's 'Public Building Energy-saving Design Standards' GB 50189).

Lightweight and high strength: The composite panel is lightweight (about 15-25kg/m²), which reduces building loads and is also strong in impact resistance, making it suitable for high-rise buildings.

Fire safety: The composite panel can be made of fire-resistant materials (such as Class A fire rock wool sandwich panels), or the polyurethane core material can reach the B1 fire-resistant standard by adding flame retardant.

Decoration integration: The outer panels can be pre-coated with fluorocarbon paint, wood grain transfer, etc., to achieve the integration of insulation and decorative functions, shorten the construction cycle.

2. Roof insulation system

Application scenarios: Roof insulation of large-span buildings such as industrial factories, warehouses, and stadiums.

Advantages:

Waterproof and moisture-proof: Polyurethane hard bubbles have high cell rate (≥95%), which effectively prevents water vapor from penetration and avoids condensation or water leakage on the roof.

Wind pressure resistance: The composite panel is connected to the roof structure through mechanical fixation or bonding, and can withstand wind force above level 12.

Insulation life: Polyurethane hard foam is not easy to age under long-term vibration and temperature cycle, and its service life is more than 15 years.
