Polyurethane hard bubble waterproof and insulation integrated board ('polyurethane integrated board') is a new type of building board that integrates waterproof, insulation, heat insulation, lightweight, high strength and other functions. It uses polyurethane hard bubble as the core material and combines the waterproof layer (such as aluminum foil, polymer film or asphalt-based material) with the insulation layer through special processes. Its application range is wide, covering multiple fields such as building exterior walls, roofs, cold chain logistics, industrial equipment, etc. The following are the specific application scenarios and advantages analysis:

1. Building exterior wall insulation system

1. Exterior walls of residential and commercial buildings

Application scenarios: Integrated exterior wall insulation and decoration projects of high-rise residential buildings, office buildings, shopping centers and other buildings.

Advantages: High efficiency insulation: Polyurethane hard bubbles have low thermal conductivity (≤0.024W/(m·K)), which can significantly reduce building energy consumption and meet energy-saving standards (such as China's 'Public Building Energy-Saving Design Standards' GB 50189).

Waterproof and moisture-proof: The outer waterproof film (such as aluminum foil or TPU) can block rainwater penetration and prevent moisture failure of the insulation layer.

Convenient construction: The board adopts a modular design and is fixed by anchors or bonded mortar, which shortens the construction cycle by 30%-50%.

Decorative integration: The surface can be composited with stone, ceramic tiles, metal plates or paints, so as to achieve synchronous insulation and decoration.

2. Energy-saving transformation of existing buildings

Application scenario: The insulation insulation of the exterior walls of old communities is upgraded, without the need to remove the original walls, and the integrated board is directly pasted or anchored.

Advantages: Reduce construction dust and noise and reduce interference to residents' lives.

Avoid the risk of cracking and falling off in traditional insulation systems (such as EPS boards + mortar).

2. Roof waterproof insulation system

Strong weather resistance: The outer waterproof film is resistant to ultraviolet and ozone aging, and has a service life of more than 25 years.

Application scenario: The integrated board is directly laid above the waterproof layer to form a structure with 'the waterproof layer is at the bottom and the thermal insulation layer is at the top'.

Advantages: Protect the waterproof layer from ultraviolet rays, temperature changes and artificial damage, and extend the waterproof life.

There is no need to set up protective layers (such as concrete slabs) to simplify the construction process.

3. Cold chain logistics and industrial facilities

1. Cold storage insulation system

Application scenarios: walls and roofs of low-temperature storage places such as food processing plants, pharmaceutical warehouses, and logistics centers.

Advantages: Low temperature stability: Polyurethane hard foam has stable performance in the range of -180℃ to +120℃, avoiding low-temperature shrinkage and cracking of traditional insulation materials (such as XPS plates).

Seamless splicing: The board adopts a zipper or plug-in design to reduce cold bridges and reduce energy consumption by 10%-15%.

Anti-mold and antibacterial: The closed-cell structure inhibits the growth of mold and complies with food-grade hygiene standards (such as FDA certification).

2. Industrial equipment insulation

Application scenarios: Insulation and insulation of pipelines, storage tanks, reactors and other equipment.

Advantages: Quick installation: Prefabricated boards can be cut on site, directly wrapped in equipment, shortening the time for shutdown and maintenance.

Fire resistance performance: flame retardant polyurethane can be optionally equipped (oxygen index ≥26%) to meet the B1 fire protection requirements.

4. Underground engineering and special scenarios

1. Basement roof and side walls

Application scenarios: Waterproof and insulation in underground garages, civil defense projects and other parts.

Advantages: Strong permeability: The waterproof layer is closely fitted with the concrete structure to prevent groundwater penetration.

Anti-condensation: The insulation layer reduces the temperature difference between indoor and outdoors, and avoids the condensation and dripping of water on the inner side of the roof.

2. Subway tunnels and integrated pipeline corridors

Application scenarios: Insulation and waterproofing of the inner wall of the tunnel, the top of the pipe corridor and the side walls.

Advantages: Corrosion resistance: The outer waterproof membrane can resist acid-base salt corrosion in the soil.

Seismic resistance: The plate has good flexibility, adapts to the micro-deformation of the tunnel and avoids cracking.

5. Agriculture and temporary construction

1. Modern agricultural greenhouse

Application scenarios: roofs and walls of vegetable greenhouses and flower planting greenhouses.

Advantages: Light transmittance optional: The surface can be composite transparent PC board or FRP daylighting board to balance the insulation and daylighting needs.

Quick construction: Modular design is suitable for large-scale agricultural projects and shortens the construction cycle.

2. Temporary mobile houses

Application scenarios: post-disaster reconstruction, construction site dormitories, military barracks and other scenarios.

Advantages: Removable and reusable: The plate is connected by bolts, and the loss rate after disassembly is less than 5%.

Environmental protection and energy conservation: reduce on-site wet operations and reduce the generation of construction waste.

6. Application precautions

Design stage: Select the type of waterproof layer and the thickness of the board according to the climatic conditions of the project location (such as temperature difference, rainfall).

Calculate the load and anchoring method to ensure that the wind resistance performance of the roof system complies with GB 50208 'Technical Specifications for Waterproofing of Underground Engineering' and other standards.

Construction stage: Base layer treatment: Ensure that the flatness error of the wall or roof is ≤3mm/2m to avoid hollowing of the board.

Splicing treatment: Use special sealant to fill the gaps in the entrance to prevent rainwater from seeping in.

Fireproof isolation: Set fireproof gypsum board partitions at the contact parts between the board and the electrical circuit.

Maintenance stage: Check regularly for damage to the surface of the board and repair the waterproof layer in time.
