On June 11, 2026, Xu Guoxiao, President of the Green Building Materials Branch of the Zhejiang Green Building and Construction Industrialization Industry Association, and Guo Li, Deputy Director of the Association"s Technical Committee, went to Shengzhou to visit Zhejiang Keda New Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Keda"). The purpose of this visit was to conduct an on-site inspection of the company"s production status, discuss the development status of the insulation and decorative integrated board industry, and conduct discussions on the SPD water-based foamed polyurea sound insulation board floor sound insulation and insulation system technology and the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Construction Standard "Technical Regulations for Civil Building Floor Sound Insulation and Insulation Engineering" that is being compiled. Tian Junxian, general manager of Zhejiang Keda and director of the Association"s Insulation and Decoration Integration Special Committee, and Tian Ye, deputy general manager and vice president of the Association"s Green Building Materials Branch, accompanied and held discussions throughout the process.
Accompanied by the general manager of Tianjun County, he visited Zhejiang Keda"s automated production workshop and product sample display area to inspect the entire process of the automated production process of the integrated insulation and decorative panels and SPD water-based foamed polyurea sound insulation insulation panels, the entire process quality control system and the core performance indicators of the finished products.
In the production workshop, the fully automatic integrated production line operates in an orderly manner. From core material foaming, plate composite pressing, precise cutting to finished product packaging and storage, the entire process realizes automated closed-loop production, with less manual intervention and high product accuracy, which fully demonstrates the intelligent and standardized production hard power of specialized and special new enterprises. In the finished product stacking area of the factory, various types of thermal insulation decorative integrated panels are arranged neatly. The panels are smooth and clean, with rich decorative colors and texture styles. They can adapt to different building facade design needs, and the product stability and appearance quality are excellent.
In the product display area, the company focuses on promoting two independently developed core products for floor sound insulation and insulation: prefabricated block floor sound insulation and sound insulation system, and prefabricated floor heating integrated module floor sound insulation and insulation system. Combined with the cross-section display model, the layered structure of the product is clearly displayed: the board is divided from top to bottom into decorative surface layer, SPD water-based foamed polyurea sound insulation core layer, leveling layer and building structure base layer. Among them, the core foamed polyurea material integrates the four major functions of light weight and high strength, efficient sound insulation, constant temperature insulation, waterproof and moisture-proof, and has excellent comprehensive performance. At the same time, the integrated floor heating pipe slot module realizes the seamless installation of insulation boards and floor heating pipelines, greatly simplifying the on-site construction process, effectively shortening the construction period, reducing late-stage operation and maintenance risks, and adapting to the current industry needs for rapid construction of prefabricated buildings.
After the on-site visit, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges focusing on the three core directions of industry pain points, technological innovation, and standard preparation. They focused on the development bottlenecks of the current integrated insulation and decoration industry such as homogeneous competition, weather resistance shortcomings, and non-standard on-site installation processes, as well as future prefabricated exterior walls. Exchange opinions on the development trends of the thermal insulation building materials market; at the same time, special discussions were conducted around the engineering application scenarios and construction adaptation points of the SPD water-based foam polyurea sound insulation and insulation floor system, as well as the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Construction Standard "Technical Regulations for Civil Building Floor Sound Insulation and Insulation Engineering".
As the chief editor of the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Construction Standard "Technical Regulations for Civil Building Floor Sound Insulation and Insulation Engineering", Deputy Director Guo Li introduced the current preparation progress, core technical framework and next step preparation plan of the regulations, carefully listened to the practical experience accumulated by the enterprise in front-line construction and product application, and absorbed the rational modification suggestions put forward by the enterprise in terms of standard provisions, construction technology, acceptance indicators and other aspects one by one.
Chairman Xu Guoxiao said that Zhejiang Keda, as the main unit participating in the compilation of this standard, its SPD technology has been selected as the applicable technology for "Good House" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, which has important demonstration significance. The preparation of standards should fully absorb the practical experience of enterprises and take into account both scientificity and operability. It should not only meet the requirements of green buildings and energy conservation, but also facilitate construction and quality control. It is also recommended that more pilot projects be organized for verification in the next step to provide solid data support for the standard provisions.
This visit and survey built a bridge for efficient communication between the association and member companies, further solidified the association"s work foundation for serving enterprises, service industries, and service project construction.
