Introduction to results
SPD water-based foamed polyurea sound insulation board (hereinafter referred to as SPD board) is a new type of board with water-based polyurea foam as the core layer and two sides covered with cement mortar cloth, which can improve the sound insulation and heat preservation functions of floors and floors.
' Sound insulation and thermal insulation compatible '
High-quality sound insulation : SPD water-based polyurea foam has the smallest cells (micron level) and the highest closed cell rate among many foams, and it has an internal plasticized elastic (flexible) soft segment molecular chain structure. When the impact mechanical vibration energy wave passes through the foam, 60% is 'damped' and 40% is 'sound-absorbed', showing high-performance sound insulation and sound absorption.
After testing and verification by the Tsinghua University Building Environment Testing Center Laboratory, 15mm thick SPD water-based foamed polyurea sound insulation insulation boards and systems were paved on the reinforced concrete floor with a weighted standardized impact sound pressure level Ln, w = 78dB, and a 40mm thick reinforced concrete layer was paved on the surface. According to the sound insulation test, the weighted normalized impact sound pressure level of the overall structure Ln,w=60dB, and the weighted impact sound pressure level improvement △LW=18dB; and another on-site verification test of the Gusi floor sound insulation project showed that the weighted normalized impact sound pressure level of the overall structure Ln,w=61dB. The above two test results both reached the mandatory national standard requirement of ≤65dB, proving the practicality and technological breakthrough of this new achievement in theory and practice.
Thermal insulation compliance : The floor insulation performance of the building is also strong, and the ultra-low thermal conductivity of the SPD board (λ≤0.028W/km) fully meets the thermal design requirements.
' Overcoming the pain point of the industry - cracking of floors and floors '
The compressive strength of SPD board is ≥150kPa, which is nearly 10 times that of traditional sound insulation pads, thus avoiding the hidden danger of cracking of the protective layer caused by negative pressure deformation.
During the production of the product, the foam layer and the cement mortar cloth layer are integrally formed online in a factory. This not only enhances the compression deformation strength of the sound insulation and insulation board, but also further improves the engagement and fusion of the SPD board with the bonding layer and protective layer due to the hydrophilicity of the mortar cloth layer, making the floor sound insulation and insulation system structure more stable and effectively solving problems such as hollowing and cracking of the floor surface layer.

During construction, SPD composite boards are directly laid, and the decorative layer can be laid directly after the board seams are processed, which reduces the construction process and saves construction time.

This system uses the 2# extension product of SPD board - SPD assembled sound insulation and thermal insulation prefabricated groove integrated board. The SPD board and the prefabricated grooved sintered foam ceramic board are pre-composited in the factory to form an SPD integrated board. Compared with scenario two, this system saves time, effort, and processes.

SPD water-based foamed polyurea sound insulation board and system application technology are innovative products successfully developed and introduced to the market by Zhejiang Keda New Building Materials Co., Ltd. in conjunction with the "Good House" New Deal. It aims to provide the majority of design institutes, developers and construction companies with fully functional floor sound insulation and insulation engineering solutions. The project has been selected into the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development"s "Good House" construction applicable technical achievements catalog, and has been approved for the compilation of engineering technical standards by the China Construction Standardization Society (CECS) and the compilation of special atlases by the China Construction Standards Design Institute.

Zhejiang Keda New Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. It is mainly engaged in the production, research and development, sales and construction and installation services of building waterproof coatings and building energy-saving insulation boards. It is a "national high-tech enterprise" and a "specialized and special new enterprise" in Zhejiang Province. The company successfully developed water-based polymer waterproof coatings in 1995.
