1、 SPD water-based foam polyurea sound insulation board (referred to as SPD polyurea sound insulation board)

1. Product Structure

At the same time as online thickness foaming, the upper and lower double-sided fiberglass non-woven mortar cloth is introduced for one-time composite molding.

2. Technical principles

This product is a combination of "acoustics", "thermology", "fire engineering", "material mechanics", "environmental protection" and other disciplines and elements, making full use of the functions of polyurea foam with "micropore damping sound insulation" and "elastic deformation sound absorption", and using all water foaming technology to produce composite panels with high sound insulation (impact sound) performance..


3. Technical advantages

(1) The efficiency of sound insulation: A 20mm thick board can provide an improvement of over 20dB in floor impact sound, which is more than 40% higher than traditional floor insulation materials in terms of sound insulation performance.

(2) Stability of floor system construction: The upper and lower surfaces of SPD soundproof insulation board are attached with fiberglass non-woven mortar cloth, providing good bonding effect between the three layers of soundproof insulation layer and the overlying protective layer of the floor, avoiding hollowing and cracking of traditional floor engineering.

(3) Green and environmentally friendly: Full water foaming, no presence of chlorofluorocarbon molecules, in line with national environmental policies, avoiding the impact of organic matter on indoor air.

Traditional insulation and sound insulation materials release various non environmentally friendly gases.

(4) Fire safety guarantee: Water based foamed polyurea belongs to the "thermosetting" organic insulation material, with a combustion grade of non combustible B1 and no melting droplets. Its smoke density is low (<S2) and smoke toxicity is low (<t1), providing safety guarantee for indoor fire prevention.

Traditional "thermoplastic" materials are prone to fire accidents and produce large amounts of smoke and toxicity.

(5) Excellent energy-saving, waterproof, moisture-proof and mildew resistance performance: water-based foamed polyurea is a closed cell foam with excellent thermal insulation performance, and its heat resistance, cold resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance and mildew resistance indexes exceed other sound insulation materials.

Once traditional water absorbing insulation materials absorb water, they are extremely difficult to evaporate indoors and are prone to mold growth.

Cleaning the floor:

Clean up the residue and dust on the floor, remove the protrusions and burrs of the original cast-in-place floor slab, and ensure the cleanliness and basic flatness of the original floor;


Paste wall root isolation sheet:

Stick isolation strips around the wall base and at the separation point of the door opening. The function of the isolation sheet is to isolate the impact sound from being transmitted through the wall structure to the lower room, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the sound insulation project; The height of the isolation sheet is about 70mm (based on the upper surface above the protective layer), and the thickness and material are cut from the actual SPD soundproof board and its corner materials used;


Apply the leveling adhesive layer and simultaneously press the SPD soundproof board:

Adopting the process of chiseling and wiping at the same time, apply the leveling layer, and press the SPD soundproof board (tight fitting), paying attention to the flatness of the board surface (≤ 3mm);

Adhesive tape for board seams:

To prevent the leakage of protective slurry into the sound insulation layer (board joint), it is necessary to seal and protect the board joint before the construction of the protective layer. The width of the adhesive tape should be ≥ 40mm, and it is required to be compacted and pressed tightly;

Construction of protective layer:

The construction of the protective layer can be carried out using a 30mm thick layer of cement-based self leveling or a 40mm thick layer of fine aggregate concrete (embedded with steel wire mesh), and protection and maintenance work should be done after the construction is completed.

Decoration layer construction:
